BEHIND THE SCENES
Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training course that teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem, or experiencing a crisis, and help connect them to the appropriate care.

SAFE TOUR
For too long, harassment & inclusion training has been designed to tell people what NOT to do, forcing a culture built on compliance instead of care. Our training program is designed to show crew members how to build a safe, inclusive working environment together. The 1.5 hour crew training and accompanying 1 hour management training explores implicit bias, harassment of all types and uses Right To Be’s bystander intervention tools to help tour members address bad behavior when it happens and support one another. These courses have been deeply customised to address the nuances of the music touring environment.
