THE SIMMS FOUNDATION
The SIMS Foundation provides mental health and substance use recovery services and supports for musicians, music industry professionals, and their dependent family members. TONIC
Provide accessible programmes of mental health support tailored for the following music communities – Music Industry – people who professionally engage in music (Tonic Rider) -Music Fans – people who recreationally engage in music (Never Mind The Stigma) Music Youth – organisations engaging young adults in music (Tonic Futures) Please note: Tonic Music is not a crisis service – we are unable to provide emergency or urgent support.
Tonic Music can only provide mental health support to people aged 18 years or older, including the Tonic Futures programme, which is for young people aged 18 to 25 years.
MUSIC INDUSTRY THERAPY COLLECTIVE
Counselling, psychotherapy and mental health support for the music industry, from the qualified professionals who know the industry. We believe those working in the music industry need and deserve access to high quality psychotherapy from registered and experienced practitioners.
BAATN
The UK’s largest independent organisation to specialise in working psychologically, informed by an understanding of intersectionality, with people who identify as Black, African, Asian and Caribbean. Our primary focus and area of expertise is to support people from these heritages. However, we are open to other People of Colour who are affected by oppression due to the colour of their skin and global white power.

BAPAM is the medical charity for the performing arts. BAPAM helps thousands of artists and creators each year to enjoy healthy and sustainable creative practice. We work closely with industry organisations including Help Musicians, PRS Members’ Fund, PPL, Royal Society of Musicians, Healthy Conservatoires, Equity, the Musicians’ Union, Dance Professionals Fund, Actors’ Trust and Royal Variety Charity to improve health sector-wide.

B-LINE is designed specifically for music industry professionals and their families. MUSIC FOR MENTAL WEALTH
Music for Mental Wealth is a platform for musicians to share their songs and personal stories. Our ‘Music with Meaning’ concerts feature emerging & established performers sharing their music and opening their hearts about where the inspiration came from. We encourage open conversations around mental health whilst building supportive communities and raising funds to pay performers. Audience members include music industry professionals to help catapult the careers of artists involved.

A nonjudgmental organization that champions mental well-being and aims to support people of every race, ethnicity, political affiliation, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, socioeconomic status, and other backgrounds. We use empathy and active listening to empower our texters to identify their own strengths and coping strategies in moments of crisis. Crisis Text Line is a global mental health organization dedicated to supporting people in their most difficult moments. We focus on both crisis intervention and prevention, providing free, 24/7, confidential support through a text-based platform that meets people where they are.
