‘SLEEP & JET LAG’ on The BACK LOUNGE

The last of our 3 workshops to help get better equipped for our return to work. This one underpins everything - Matt Kansy, ex roadie turned wellness coach will be helping us make the sleep we do get count and look at how best to adjust to time zones and shift work. In touring and the music industry at large, a lack of sleep is maybe our most significant compromise - the truth is you are only as good as your ability to recover. It’s free. Wednesday 4th August 6-7.30pm BST. Register here ⏰ https://www.eventbrite.com/e/158360056191

How can we make it stick and is there a dark side to all this we need to be mindful of? We’re joined this week by special guests Malle Kaas and Erin Lynch from WILM (Women in Live Music) – they’ll be sharing their experience of life on the road. Join us, this is an important one. Wednesday 7th July 6pm BST
