Mindfulness is a technique than can reduce stress levels, help you have more restorative sleep, allow you to be more ‘present’. It can be a few guided breaths, or a longer sit or mindful walk. Whatever you choose this is a way to keep calm and carry on. Join us to learn more and take away a few simple techniques that could make a big difference to your wellbeing.
